Personal data processing and protection principles

PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Processing the order of goods, ordered through our website, telephone customer line or through communication with customer support through e-mails and social networks. The legal reason is the necessity to fulfill the requirements of the purchase contract (accounting documents).

Communication and customer support. Personal data is used for the purpose of communication with you. For example, we may contact you for the following reasons:

- carriers for the purpose of delivering products or services ordered by you and resolving complaints, including withdrawal from the contract (Všeobecná úverová banka, a.s., Fio banka, a. s., DTB Group s. r. o.)

- public authorities (e.g. the Slovak Police, ŠOI) in order to provide the required information in the event of an inspection

The processing of personal data by a third party is governed by the principles of personal data processing of the respective companies and persons.

PROCESSING PERIOD

Your personal data will be securely stored, collected, processed and archived for the purpose of keeping accounting records and documents for a period of 10 years (based on Article No. 431/2002 Coll. on Accounting as amended) from the last order placed.

Right to erasure (to be forgotten): Your other right is the right to erasure, in the event that there is no statutory legal basis that entitles us or a legal obligation that requires us to process your personal data. In that case, we will delete all your personal data from our system, as well as from the system of all sub-processors and backups within the statutory period.

The right to data portability in the cases envisaged by the Regulation, you have the right to receive personal data concerning you, which you have provided to the Operator, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, provided that this right must not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of other persons.

The right to object You can object at any time to the processing of your personal data by the Operator for the purposes of direct marketing carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest.

Right to revoke consent: if the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose for which you gave consent at any time.

Obligation or possibility to provide personal data If you decide to cooperate with us, communicate with us or visit our website, it is necessary that you provide us with personal data to the extent necessary. Otherwise, it will not be possible to communicate with you, provide you with goods and services, or You will not be allowed to browse websites. The above does not apply to the processing of cookie files, which you can change in your browser settings so that we do not process this data about you.
