Double-layered, warm and as soft as cashmere.

Yak wool is rather rare. In independent tests, it overcame merino wool in warmth, breathability and moisture absorption.

Wool is the best natural material with many benefits. It allows the skin to breathe and does not cause sweating like synthetic materials. The fibres absorb and remove moisture, are warming in winter and maintain a fresh feeling in warmer weather.

Yak wool has antibacterial properties, and it is durable and flexible, while several times stronger than cotton.

It is a renewable and ecological material, and its processing requires much less energy than the production of artificial fibres. It is easily recyclable and biodegradable.

Please keep in mind that gloves are not like work or outdoor socks. They are made of 100% wool in a double layer (except for the wrists where the elastic part made from elastane is) and need gentle treatment.

Washing and maintenance: We recommend washing the gloves as little as possible, if possible not at all. Wool contains lanolin (animal fat) which acts as a natural impregnation, i.e. it repels dirt and grime from the surface of the fabric. Anything made of wool doesn't get dirty as quickly. Simply wipe clean or let it breath in fresh air. If you must wash do so in the washing machine on the wool program or in hands with wool detergent. Do not iron.
