Large woven cotton towel MONO in a soft beige colour with contrasting black stripes is lightweight, thin, durable and dries quickly. It is made of 100% cotton and a fabric called peshtemal.

Peshtemal is a traditional Turkish fabric known for its high absorbency, quick drying, low weight and compactness, making it ideal for travelling and various activities such as the beach, spa, sauna or sports. The secret of its absorbency lies in the uniqueness of high-quality Turkish cotton, which has very long fibres. The more these fibres — and therefore the fabric itself — are used, the softer and gentler they become, which leads to the towel becoming highly absorbent.

Made in Turkey in the Anatolia region, which is known for its more than 600-year history of peshtemal production on traditional weaving looms.
